KennyK Lady Raven

Hello everyone,

Hope you all are having a great day. 

I wan´t to show you a project I made a few weeks ago. I bought this frame at a photo store on internet to use for my image. The frame has a raw surface that I really like.

I´ve made this for my big love, Ola, to celebrate our 22 years together but also as a tribute to my all time KennyK favorite 
Lady Raven 

I have colored Lady Raven from KennyK using only my black polychromos pencil. You can find Lady Raven here.

Recipe

Black hearts are diecuts from a Tim Holtz die and made with Coredination cardstock

Red heart and letters are diecuts from Tim Holtz dies and embossed with "Japanese Lacquer" from Sparkle N Sprinkle (mostly red powder but with a hint of black in it)

Love stamp from Magnolia

Hello,

Today I´m showing a big Birthday tag using one of my many favorites, Col. Macallan

I got this set of dies with extra large tags for Christmas. They are from Crealies and very useful I must say

I´ve colored him with Distress reinkers 

and used embossing on the edge

KennyK challenge and new releases

 I´m back to show you a gift bag I´ve made for our challenge starting today over at Club KennyK

I´ve used one of the brand new releases from KennyK, 

her name is After Party...

...and because she has been partying in NYC, I had an excuse to use some of my Deep Red Stamps with NYC motives for my background

I made the big heart using Distress Paint, 
DecoArt Crackel Glaze and DecoArt Antiquing Cream

- Cardstock in blue, Coredination cardstock in red

- The ticket is a stamp from Tim Holtz

- Background stamps with NYC motives from Deep Red

- The"Love"stamp used on the little hart at the top is from Magnolia

- The blue stars at the background are made with a stencil from Tim Holtz and Color shine from Heidi Swapp

- Seam binding colored in red and blue with Distress Stain

- DecoArt Crackle Glaze and Antiquing Cream

- Distress Paint in barn door, Distress Ink black soot and walnut stain

KennyK Color Me Janette

Hi crafters, I can not believe it´s February already! Where did January go?

At the first every month it´s time to join all the fun at Club KennyK. We have a new challenge in store for you and this time we would like to se you use one of this months freebies in your projects. Happy Birthday Elena

A Very Happy Birthday Elena!

To celebrate the wonderful Elena, I´ve made this rock n roll card with the gorgeous image ElenaK. We have already started the Birthday Party at Club KennyK and you are very welcome to join us there. For you who doesn´t know Elena, she´s the other half of KennyK.

I could not resist making a rock n roll card since I´ve secretly herd that Elena plays the guitar and obviously (if you look at the image) also sings and plays the tambourine... some people got it all;)

Dear Elena, I wish you a wonderful day together with your family and friends and filled with lots of love, fun and rock n roll.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY ELENA!

Love to color this image! She´s one of my many favorites and for the first time I´ve colored an image with my new coloring pencils from Faber-Castell. I have a bit to work on there with the new technique, but for being the first time I think it turned out pretty fine.

I´ve made a little "handle" above the body of the big guitar to pull and turn the part with ElenaK over, like a page in a book...

... to be able to see KennyK playing the drums. I´ve colored the very cool Buggin Drummer, as I used him for Kennys Birthday card last year.

Sentiments: "it´s a party" is a stamp from Tim Holtz, "Rock & Roll" is a die cut from Leane Creatief that comes in a set together with the big guitar

Others: The "small" guitars are charms (quite big for being charms), 

the metal hinges are from Tim Holtz, aluminum tape to get the metallic look

Happy New Year!!!
Goodby 2015, welcome 2016!
I hope you all had a fabulous New Year! 
I spend mine together with my family. We had a really nice dinner, played Trivial Pursuit and of course fireworks. We also celebrated a Gold Wedding, 50 years of marriage, for my father and mother in law 

Over at KennyK we are starting 2016 with 

a new and exciting Facebook group

From now on we´ll have all our challenges at Club KennyK
